County of San Joaquin
March 30 1992 --
APR
Mr. Richard Larrouy
San Joaquin County OL3.INNING]DIVISION
Community Development Departn-ient
1810 E. Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95202
RE: DC-92-2
Baker Dwelling Cluster
Stockton Metropolitan Airport
Dear Mr. Larrouy:
Thank you for submitting the above-referenced proposal to the San Joaquin County Airport
Land Use Commission for review and comment. State law requires land uses within airport
areas of influence to conform with the Airport Land Use Plan.
The dwelling cluster would be located approximately 1 114 miles from the Stockton
Metropolitan Airport's main runway, within the Horizontal Imaginary Surface. New
residential uses are permitted in this area since it is outside the 60dB CNEL high noise
contour. However, potential future owners should be informed that the area is subject to
frequent overflight and accompanying noise disturbances. A noise disclosure is enclosed and
should be attached to the deed. A list of the other restrictions that apply with in the
Horizontal Zone are also enclosed.
If you have any questions regarding these comments, please contact me.
DEBRA L.
