Adding <br /> mbre events will escalate the negative impact on the ability of me and my family <br /> to have and enjoy our legal right to live in peace on our personal properly. My <br /> faimily and I are being denied our legal rights due to the winery and tasting room. <br /> B kisch currently holds many laud parties per year. After every weekend and <br /> e ery event, I have to walk theoadside perimeter of my property picking up <br /> tr sh and liter that the wind blows onto my property that is left over from their <br /> parties and events. I have come home and been unable to drive on the public <br /> rdad to my home due to traffic, �n a blind hill, trying to enter and exit the winery <br /> taisting room. I have had their Offic, visitors, and partygoers park on my <br /> property. I have had property damage from their traffic, visitors and partygoers <br /> parking on my property. I havelhad to ask their visitors and partygoers to leave <br /> my property and to not trespass onto my property and to not touch my horses in <br /> ;n�y front pasture. I have had M6rcus Bokisch use profanity to me in the in middle <br /> Zo the road when I asked him to have his visitors remove their vehicles from my <br /> p operty. s <br /> r <br /> I f ave been verbally abused byl his truck drivers blocking the public road when I <br /> asked them to move out of the public road on a blind hill. <br /> i ave left home and within minutes turned around to come back and found the <br /> B kisch workers walking onto nky property. They have no right to trespass onto <br /> r*n,y property. <br /> Mself, my family members have been verbally abused by both disgusting and <br /> lewd comments as well as violently aggressive comments from his workers in the <br /> vi�-teyard across from our home, We must limit the personal use of the front half <br /> o our personal property due to,the negative impact of the winery and tasting <br /> room. i <br /> 1 <br /> 1 <br />
