ATKINS <br /> ROAD, LODI) <br /> The applicant has submitted the above referenced Revisions of Approved Actions application to <br /> revise Condition of Approval 1.b. to include the addition of twelve (12) Marketing Events for a <br /> maximum of eighty (80) people, and the addition of outdoor amplified sound at events, when <br /> permitted. (Use Type: Wineries and Wine Cellars-Winery, Small) <br /> The project site is located on the west side of Atkins Road, 2,665 feet north of Brandt Road, <br /> Lodi <br /> The General Plan designation of the site is A/G (General Agriculture) and the zoning <br /> designation is AG-40 (General Agriculture, 40 acre minimum). <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the application and has the following <br /> comments: <br /> Background <br /> On August 10, 2009, the Community Development Department approved Site Approval <br /> application No: PA-0900094 for a small winery with a tasting room. (Use Type: Wineries and <br /> Wine Cellars- Winery, Small). No outdoor amplified sound was proposed or permitted with the <br /> approval of the winery. On April 4, 2013, a one-year Time Extension was approved for Site <br /> Approval application No. PA-0900094. <br /> On April 18, 2017, the Community Development Department approved Improvement Plan <br /> application No. PA-1700086 to allow for the addition Accessory Wine Events and Wine Release <br /> Events. These events are permitted under Development Title Section 9-1075.9. <br /> 1 <br />
