Atkins Road,Lodi APN: 019-140-40 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not currently located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood Hazard <br /> Area. <br /> Atkins Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> REQUIREMENTS: <br /> The applicant shall complete the following requirements before the Department of Public Works can support or <br /> deem complete the application for this project: <br /> 1. A traffic study shall be required to determine the impacts and mitigation of the proposed project. The <br /> developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs,as estimated by the Department of Public <br /> Works Transportation Engineering Division,prior to Department of Public Works preparing or <br /> contracting for the required study. (Development Title Section 9-1150.4) <br /> Upon satisfaction of the above requirement,the following Conditions of Approval shall apply.
