yf . <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> LA-00-37 <br /> Bonfiglio,et al <br /> Lot Line Adjustment Application No.LA-00-37 was approved by the San Joaquin County Community <br /> Development Department on May 18,2000,which is the effective date of approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Ordinance requirements shall be complied with prior to approval of a <br /> Lot Line Adjustment. <br /> Nonce of Lo 1ustment. <br /> This approval will expire on November 17, 2001, which is 18 months from the effective date of <br /> approval, unless a Notice of Lot Line Adjustment has been filed with and accepted by the County <br /> Surveyor. <br /> 1. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT (Staff Contact: Jeff Fisher,468-9653) <br /> { a. NOTICE OF LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT: A"Notice of Lot Line Adjustment"shall be recorded prior to <br /> conveyance of property through deeds by the owner. Legal descriptions of the lands to be <br /> exchanged shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Division for review and forwarding to the Community <br /> Development Department. The legal descriptions shall be prepared, stamped, and signed by a <br /> Registered Civil Engineer, qualified to practice Land Surveying per Section 8731 of the Land <br /> Surveyors'Act,or a Licensed Land Surveyor. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS (Staff Contact: Ben Neely,468-3000) <br /> S a. A Recorded Deed is allowed, but if points or lines are set, a Record of Survey is required. The new <br /> legal descriptions shall be submitted to the Surveyor's Office for review. (Development Title Section <br /> 9-872.4) <br /> b. The new legal descriptions must reflect correct distances with qualifiers to avoid overlaps or gaps. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Rodney Estrada,468-0331) <br /> a. Repair the existing septic system under a sanitation permit and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division(Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9-1110.4). On Parcel 2, a restroom <br /> addition in the barn shall be connected to the existing system under septic permit#SR0021906. <br /> f <br />
