A soil suitability study as required by Section 10100 of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code must be performed prior to recordation of final map or letter <br /> of approval indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage (San <br /> Joaquin County Planning Title Section 10100). <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical <br /> Dibromochloropropane (DBCP) and nitrates prior to recordation of the Final <br /> Map. Samples are to be taken and run by a State-approved lab. (Planning Title <br /> Section 9-10100-05). <br /> Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) on parcel #1 under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time <br /> of development (Ordinance Code Section 5-3003). <br /> 79 Construction of an individual domestic water well on parcel #1 under a well <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at the time of <br /> development (San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 1862, Section 5-4100). <br /> e. On designated remainder parcel refuse, garbage and other solid waste material <br /> must be stored, removed and transported to an approved landfill in accordance <br /> with San Joaquin County Ordinance 2887, Section 5-2400. <br /> f.
