Property Address: 18877 South Austin <br /> Road, Ripon, CA 95336. <br /> Minor Sub Number: 92-0154 <br /> [1] EXECUTIVE SUMMARY <br /> This Soil Suitability Study presents the results of our <br /> investigation concerning the soil strata under the subject parcel <br /> referenced above. This study was performed to determine if this <br /> site is acceptable for a septic system with regard to producing no <br /> adverse environmental impact to surface waters, or the underlying <br /> groundwater. This report is in compliance with the requirements of <br /> Section 9-10100 Item (c) of the San Joaquin County Ordinances. <br /> [2] SUBJECT SITE AND STUDY AREA BACKGROUND INFORMATION <br /> The subject site consists of two parcels, Parcel No. 1 consisting <br /> of 1. 5 acres and the Designated Remainder (DR) consisting of 37 <br /> acres. Parcel No. 1, and the DR are currently producing almond <br /> orchards.
