Martin <br /> ' 19362 S. Austin Road, Manteca <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as pertinent <br /> to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study, as required by Section 9-1105.2(d) of the San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, indicating that the area is suitable for a septic tank system must be <br /> performed prior to recordation of Parcel Map. A review fee of $156.00 is required at time of <br /> submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> b. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical dibromochloropropane (DBCP) <br /> and nitrates prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by <br /> a State-approved laboratory. (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.7) <br /> C. The well must be repaired under permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1115.4(e)) as follows: Provide sample tap <br /> prior to pressure tank. <br /> d. Install an approved backflow prevention device on the water supply system(s); Title 17, Section <br /> 7603, California Code of Regulations. <br /> e. Construction of individual sewage disposal system on designated remainder parcel under permit <br /> and inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> f.
