No mitigation measures are available that would reduce the <br /> 99/Mariposa SB Ramp impacts at Austin/Arch Roads or SR 99/Arch Road to a less than significant level. In <br /> Under Cumulative the worst case, the 2014 expansion project's contributions to cumulative impacts at <br /> Conditions. these three intersections, as defined by County policy, would be considerable, and <br /> would be a significant unavoidable impact. <br /> B. 7 Potential Impact to Mitigation Measure 13.7.The applicant shall commence traffic monitoring of the Less than <br /> LOS at Austin/Mariposa Austin/Mariposa and Austin/French Camp intersections on five-year intervals until Significant <br /> and Austin/French such time as the first phase of development in the Mariposa Lakes development is <br /> Camp Under Cumulative constructed and occupied. After such time monitoring shall occur on an annual <br /> Conditions. basis. Monitoring reports shall be prepared by a Professional Engineer as described <br /> in the County traffic impact guidelines. Monitoring shall include manual peak <br /> period turning movement counts with a summary report showing intersection LOS <br /> results.Design of the improvements shall occur when the intersection LOS drops to <br /> LOS D or worse, and construction shall occur within one year from issuance of <br /> permits for the Project. The schedules for each intersection shall be independent. <br /> Monitoring shall continue until the mitigation measures are implemented, through <br /> the termination of landfilling under the 2014 expansion project. If either intersection <br /> remains at LOS C or better until termination of landfilling under the 2014 expansion <br /> project, the implementation of the mitigation at that intersection shall no longer be <br /> required. <br /> B.8. Potential Impact on Less than significant. None required. Less than <br /> Travel Speed on Austin Significant <br /> Road Under Cumulative <br /> 1 <br />
