This project is subject to the San Joaquin County Multi-Species Habitat Conservation and Open <br /> Space Plan (SJMSCPA). Per requirements of the SJMSCP, this project must seek coverage due to <br /> required Army Corp permitting and it subject to a case-by-case review.
