The relocation of the South Fork of Littlejohns creek will place the creek at the edge of the <br /> landfill property and at the downwind of the landfilling operations. The proponent needs to <br /> consider the installation of permanent litter fence tall enough to significantly reduce the litter <br /> impacting the new wildlife area. If it will be necessary for landfill staff to enter the area on a <br /> regular basis to retrieve letter, it would discourage and disrupt wildlife from using the area. <br /> 1868 E.
