As discussed in the DEIR(Page IVY-32),the project proponent proposes to <br /> continue participation in the SJMSCP. As required for participation in the SJMSCP,and <br /> as requested in the comment letter, the project proponent understands that they must <br /> contact SJMSCP staff to schedule a SJMSCP biologist to perform a preconstruction <br /> survey and that they are obligated to comply with all other requirements of the SJMSCP. <br /> Additionally, as part of the proposed project, the project proponent will implement all <br /> relevant SJMSCP Minimization Measures(which are included as required mitigation <br /> measures in the DEIR). <br /> E-2.
