On page III-31 of the Draft SEIR,the following text is added above the heading <br /> "Leachate Monitoring" (additions underlined, deletions shown in dough): <br /> At the time this FSEIR was prepared, the only liquids disposed in the leachate <br /> ponds at the Forward Landfill were leachate from the landfill itself, and landfill <br /> gas (LFG) condensate from the LFG extraction system at the Foothill Sanitary <br /> Landfill. In the past, well abandonment water and stormwater from Republic <br /> Service's Rancho Cordova facility have been approved and accepted for disposal <br /> in the Forward Landfill leachate ponds. Cannery waste liquids are also allowed <br /> to be disposed in the Forward Landfill leachate ponds per the site's Waste <br /> Discharge Requirements (WDRs). <br />
