MS-92--72 <br /> BACKGROUND• <br /> I <br /> On March 12, 1992 , Development Services staff conditionally ' <br /> approved this Minor Subdivision to subdivide a 2 . 5 acre parcel <br /> zoned Commercial-Rural Center into four parcels (27,878 Sq. Ft. <br /> each) . As part of the approval Environmental Health required <br /> connection to a public sewer .system (Condition of Approval 2a) . <br /> Don Moyer appealed this requirement to the Planning Commission. <br /> The Planning Commission heard this appeal on May 21, 1992 . On a # <br /> motion to deny the appeal the Planning Commission voted five in <br /> favor and none opposed, thus the appeal was denied. <br /> Mr. Moyer, representing Susan Lund, filed an appealed of the <br /> Planning Commission's denial of this appeal. <br /> APPEAL STATEMENT: <br /> Mr. Moyer's first basis for appeal is that Clements does not have <br /> a public sewer system to hook up to. <br /> RESPONSE• } <br /> Clements does not have a public sewer system.
