MS-92-72 OF <br /> SUSAN LUND (C/O DON MOYER) (DISTRICT 4) <br /> IT IS RECOMMENDED: <br /> That the Board of Supervisors approve the subdivision of this 2.5 acre parcel (APN 019-220-10) into two <br /> parcels of 1.25 acres each, subject to the attached conditions of approval. <br /> BACKGROUND: <br /> On March 12, 1992, Development Services staff conditionally approved this Minor Subdivision to subdivide <br /> a 2.5 acre parcel, zoned Commercial-Rural Center, into four parcels (27,878 square feet each). As a <br /> condition of approval, the Environmental Health Division required connection to a public sewer system. <br /> Don Moyer appealed this requirement to the Planning Commission. <br /> The Planning Commission heard this appeal on May 21, 1992, and voted 5-2 to deny the appeal. Mr. <br /> Moyer, representing Susan Lund, filed an appeal of the Planning Commission's denial. During his <br /> presentation to the Board on July 7, 1992, Mr. Moyer stated that he would like to merge the four <br /> prospective parcels into two residential lots. <br /> The Board of Supervisors, at subsequent hearings, redesignated this property Rural Residential on the <br /> General Plan and zone classification.
