Phase One isthe <br /> construction of a 12,000 square foot multi-purpose-building. Phase Two, with building permits to be issued within five years, <br /> includes expanding the use onto the neighboring parcel and the conversion of the existing-5,055 square foot single family <br /> dwelling into an administration building. There-will be no increase in the church membership.-These parcels are not under a <br /> Williamson Act contract. The Aoolicant-is requesting a screening modification. <br /> The Property is zoned R-L (Low Density Residential)-and the General Plan designation is R/L (Low Density Residential). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is located-on the east side of B Street, 250 feet south of Thirteenth Street, Stockton <br /> (APN/Address: 171-190-23, -36/2820 South B Street, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 1). <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration may be proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study <br /> and proposed Negative Declaration willbe available at the Community Development Department. <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on-this project, please submit them to the <br /> Community Development Department no later than September 25, 2018.
