Phase One isthe construction of a 12,000 square foot multi-purpose-building. Phase Two, with building permits to be issued within five years, includes expanding the use onto the neighboring parcel and the conversion of the existing-5,055 square foot single family dwelling into an administration building. ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINATION: A Negative Declaration may be proposed for adoption. Copies of the Initial Study and proposed Negative Declaration willbe available at the Community Development Department. APPLICATION REVIEW: If you have any recommendations or comments on-this project, please submit them to the Community Development Department no later than September 25, 2018. Comments or recommendations received after that date would not be used in stafrs analysis and recommendation for this application.
