The revised project will reduce the total building square footage previously approved and reduce <br /> the number of spaces and relocate a portion of the parking area. There will be no increase in the church membership. <br /> Sewer service is provided by the City of Stockton, water service is provided by Cal Water, storm drainage will be an on- <br /> site retention basin. These parcels are not under a Williamson Act contract. <br /> The Property is zoned R-L (Low Density Residential) and the General Plan designation is R/L (Low Density Residential). <br /> PROJECT LOCATION: The project site is east side of B Street, 250 feet south of Thirteenth Street, Stockton. <br /> (APN/Address: 171-190-23, -36/2820 South B Street, Stockton) (Supervisorial District: 1) <br /> APPLICATION REVIEW: Recommendations and/or comments on this project must be submitted to the Community <br /> Development Department no later than August 15, 2019.
