C. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall _ <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> d. Grading in excess of 5, 000 cubic yards shall comply with <br /> Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " <br /> e. All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in. the grading plans. <br /> f. All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> g. All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. . <br /> h. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits or the <br /> beginning of any construction. <br /> i. This application requires a discretionary approval (i.e. , <br /> Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) .
