A copy of these rules is enclosed. Your <br /> attention is directed to Sections A and C of the rule, <br /> which will .apply to an extension installed for service to <br /> a new subdivision or development. <br /> If and when the applicant has entered into an extension <br /> agreement with the Company and has deposited the estimated <br /> cost of making the extension in accordance with the <br /> agreement, this Company will install the necessary water <br /> mains in accordance with the terms of the agreement, and <br /> will provide water service at the rate and in accordance <br /> with the rules and regulations of the Public Utilities <br /> Commission of the State of California. <br /> Very truly yours ; <br /> { CALIFORNIA WATER SERVICE COMPANY <br /> M.
