The subject property is essentially flat at approximately 20 feet above mean sea level, <br /> sloping to the west at approximately five feet per mile. B Street and Duck Creek are apparent. There <br /> are many houses lining B Street,one of which appears to be on the subject property. There are many <br /> houses on the south side of Duck Creek. <br /> 1968 - There are more houses dispersed in the vicinity of the subject property. INTERVIEWS <br /> An attempt was made to obtain historical as well as current information relative to the subject <br /> property from the owner of the property. The objective of the interview process is to obtain <br /> information indicating recognized environmental conditions in connection with the subject property. <br /> An Environmental Questionnaire and Disclosure Statement was completed by the property owner for <br /> s <br /> use by NOA Environmental for this report. A copy of the responses have been included in this <br /> report as Appendix C. <br /> Information gleaned from the questionnaire submitted and signed by Mr. Armando Nunez includes <br /> the facts that a Mr. Shorst and himself are the current owners and that Ms. Margrith Fries is the only <br /> past owner of which he has knowledge. According to the questionnaire, the property is zoned for <br /> single family residential. J. Anthony Alevedo is the architect and Wong Engineers is the engineering <br /> firm handling this project. The questionnaire also states that the adjacent properties'land-uses include <br /> single family residences and that is the proposed use for the subject property. There was no other <br /> pertinent information offered in the questionnaire. <br /> r' VII. SITE VISIT/ASSESSMENT <br /> A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted prior to the compilation of this report. <br /> Photographs of the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix A.
