All food and all food by- product waste and non-liquid wastes from the manager's apartment and <br /> the future food preparation/bar area are to be handled as solid wastes and not be disposed of <br /> into the septic system. <br /> 2. Water usage from all fresh water sources must be kept to an absolute minimum (e.g. all fixtures <br /> must be of a low flow variety. All faucets should be spring loaded or infra-red activated). <br /> 3. All fixtures are to be inspected daily for leakage. <br /> 4. If the 2000 gallon septic tank and 450 gallon pump chamber are pumped out, they must be <br /> immediately filled with water to prevent buoyancy. <br /> 5.
