Land,Land Use and Biota Describe the site's topography(e.g.land forms,slopes,etc.): Topography is very flat with about 3 feet in overall vertical contour. Describe agricultural land that will be lost as a result of the project(type of crops,acres,quality of soil,etc.): This homesite minor subdivision will not reduce agricultural land area. Describe any wildlife habitat on-site and species that are or may be present: There are no known wildlife or habitats to protect but typical country mammals, reptiles and fowl(e.g.mice, rats, rabbits,squirrels,skunks,opossums, raccoons, snakes,birds, owls,etc.)may pass through the area. Describe any vegetation on-site by type and extent: Remainder parcel is full walnut orchard. Homesite parcel has typical residential type landscaping.
