(AGE) has prepared this letter
documenting the remediation of oil impacted soil at the above referenced property. The
scope of work includes removal of soil surrounding an agricultural well and the
collection of soil samples to evaluate the presence of petroleum hydrocarbon impact
(oil) at the spill area.
Excavation work was performed on 06 May 2015. A drum of soil was excavated and
stored on the site. Analysis of a soil sample collected following the excavation from the
upper contents of the drummed soil indicated no significant petroleum impact (analytical
report attached). The area surrounding the well should be backfilled with compactable
material or native soils. The soil drum and excavation material (soil with oil impact) was
transported off site on 01 June 2015 (manifest attached) and transported to Instrat in
RioVista Ca. The soil is bulked with other waste and disposed at Recology Inc — Hay
Road Landfill (Class II).
If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact our office at (800) 511-
9300.
Sincerely, QQo4pM R..Tl
Advanced GeoEnvi ental,
- ^ * No. 7473
WSlgh 0 AUoQa\p
William R.
