Describe agricultural land that will be lost as a result of the project(type of crops, acres, quality of soil,etc.): A site approval has already been granted for the new residence and this parcel split will not loose any additional agricultural land. There are no known wildlife or habitats to protect but typical county mammals, reptiles and fowl(e.g. mice, raccoons, squirrels, rabbits, snakes, owls, etc.)may frequent the areas.
