(1) The setback for recreational vehicle sites,parking spaces, and buildings in yards abutting the <br /> pond may be reduced to five feet. (Development Title Sections 9-1040.3[b]and 9- <br /> 410.5[a)[3]) <br /> f n. HOOKUP FACILITIES:All sites shall provide full power,water, and sewage hookup facilities. <br /> (Development Title Section-.9-1040..'3[c])., <br /> o. PULL-THROUGH SPACES:No less than 20 percent of all spaces provided'for recreational <br /> vehicles shall be"pull-through"spaces which allow forward entry into and exit from the space. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1040.3[d]) <br /> p. SITE LAYOUT:All individual sites shall be designed to accommodate at least one-automobile in <br /> addition to the recreational vehicle. (Development Title Section 9-1040.3[e]) <br /> q. OPEN SPACE: For Phase I, the east half of the pond site shall be landscaped and maintained <br /> year round. For Phase 11, the entire pond site shall be landscaped with lawn and maintained year <br /> round. (Development Title Section 9-1040.5[f]) <br /> r.
