-2- Kerry Sullivan COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT PA-03-228 (UP) RECON MENDATIONS: 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards CW-C I 1 or CW-C12 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $ 170.16 per daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions R-00-433) 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. 6. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP) permit from the State Water Resources Control Board prior to the beginning of any construction. a 7. A State NPDES Construction Permit Notice of Intent (NOI) shall be filed with the State Water Resources Control Board if Over one (1) acre of total ground is disturbed. s -8. Due to the significant trip generation and volume of large vehicles associated with the proposed project, a Traffic Impact Study shall be prepared prior to approval of the application. (Development Title Section 9-1150.4) NOTE: Any construction activity that results in the disturbance of at least one (1) acre of soil shall require a State NPDES construction permit.
