An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San <br /> Joaquin County Standards CW-C I 1 or CW-C12 prior to issuance of the occupancy <br /> permit. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due <br /> and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $ 170.16 per <br /> daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of <br /> each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering <br /> News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions R-00-433) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this <br /> development has met the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development <br /> Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. <br /> 6. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan(SWPPP) permit from the <br /> State Water Resources Control Board prior to the beginning of any construction. <br /> a <br /> 7. A State NPDES Construction Permit Notice of Intent (NOI) shall be filed with the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board if Over one (1) acre of total ground is disturbed. <br /> s <br /> -8.
