Analysis <br /> On February 29, 2000, the Planning Commission approved Use Permit No. UP-99-27 to establish a 181-unit <br /> recreational vehicle park in two phases subject to Findings and Conditions of Approval. Phase 1 is to include 94 <br /> RV stalls, a 2,400-square-foot office, a 2,100-square-foot clubhouse, a 1,200-square-foot maintenancelstorage <br /> building, and two restrooms. Phase 2 will include 87 RV stalls and a restroom to be completed within eight years <br /> from the effective date of approval. <br /> The applicant is requesting a one-year Time Extension because the planning, design, and funding have taken <br /> longer than anticipated. The applicant states that construction is proposed within the next twelve months. <br /> Development Title Section 9-881.4[c]provides icor a one-year Time Extension only for development applications. <br /> The requested Time Extension alters Condition 1.c. by changing the completion dates for Phase 1 to August 29, <br /> 2002, and Phase 2 to February 29, 2009.
