C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be-required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. Submission of three(3) sets of detailed public swimming pool plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approved prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s). Submission of three(3)sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). Refuse, garbage,and other solid waste material must be stoned,removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br />
