C. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be-required for this development. The fee is <br /> due and payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is <br /> $156.25 per daily trip-end generated in the Lodi area. The fee shaft be <br /> automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost <br /> Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) (Resolutions R-9-304, R-91- <br /> 1025, R-93-167, R-94-174, R-95-650 and R-96-592) <br /> d. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this <br /> development has'addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for <br /> Development Projects. <br /> 4. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES: (Staff Contact: Adrienne Elisaesser,468-0343) <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title,Section 9-1105.2(b)). <br /> b. Prior to the issuance of any Building Permits sewer facilities shall either be bonded <br /> for or be in place, as evidenced by a letter from the serving entity. (San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title,Section 9-1100.3(d)). <br /># <br /> C. Connection to an approved public water supply system as required by Section 9- <br /> o.„ 1120.2 of the San Joaquin County Development Title. <br /> d. The applicant shall provide written confirmation from the water providers that <br /> improvements have been constructed or financial arrangements have been made <br /> for any improvements required by the agency and that the agency has or will have <br /> the capacity to serve the proposed development. Said written confirmation shall be <br /> submitted prior to the issuance of a building permit. (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-11202). <br /> Note: The organic chemical Methyl-tert-Butyl-Ether(MTBE)has been found in wells <br /> (monitoring and drinking)along Thornton Road. Increased groundwater use with <br /> this development may impact drinking water quality of San Joaquin County Service <br /> Area 31. <br /> e. Submission of three(3) sets of detailed public swimming pool plans to the <br /> Environmental Health Division for review and approved prior to issuance of building <br /> permit(s). (Code of Regulations.Title 22,Section 65505). <br /> f. Submission of three(3)sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health <br /> Division for review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California <br /> Health and Safety Code,Section 113915). <br /> g. Refuse, garbage,and other solid waste material must be stoned,removed and <br /> transported to an approved landfill in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance Code, Section 5-2400. <br />
