AREA: Individual sites shall contain a minimum of 1,000 square feet provided <br /> that the average area of all recreational vehicle sites in the recreational vehicle <br /> park is at least 1,200 square feet. SETBACKS: Recreational vehicle sites and off-street parking spaces shall not <br /> be located within the setback areas required for main buildings in the zone in <br /> which the recreational vehicle park is located, with the following exception: <br /> 1. The setback for recreational vehicle sites, parking spaces, and buildings <br /> in yards abutting the pond may be reduced to five feet. OPEN SPACE: For phase 1, the east half of the pond site shall be landscaped <br /> and maintained year round. For phase 2,the entire pond site shall be <br /> landscaped with lawn and maintained year round. (Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1040.5[f]) <br /> r. PERMANENT OCCUPANCY: No permanent residency shall be permitted except <br /> for a caretaker or manager,who shall live in a mobile home or residence. <br /> Temporary residency shall be limited to a maximum of 30 days. <br /> S. MOBILE HOMES:There shall be no mobile homes other than one for the use of <br /> caretakers or managers. (Development Title Section 1040.7) <br /> 2. DELTA FIRE: <br /> a. SECONDARY ACCESS: Secondary access shall be provided. Access may be <br /> gated with a knox box. Secondary access shall be to Republic Way at the <br /> southeast comer of the site or at another location approved by the District. <br /> b. FIRE HYDRANTS: Fire hydrants are required within the site. A plan shall be <br /> submitted to the District for review and approval. <br /> 3.
