Connection to an approved public water supply system is required (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title, Section 9-1120.2) <br /> B. Submission of four (4) sets of detailed underground storage tank plans to the Environmental <br /> Health Department for review and approval prior to beginning construction. <br /> x C. If floor drains are required, they must be plumbed through a sand/oil separator and <br /> discharged to an above ground system approved by the Environmental Health Department. <br /> A registered engineer must design this system. The material collected in the above ground <br /> holding system.must be analyzed for hazardous constituents prior to disposal. Specific test <br /> requirements maybe obtained from the Environmental Health Department. A $178.00 plan <br /> check fee is required at the time of submittal. <br /> { D. If hazardous material is stored on site, applicant must register with County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> E. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for <br /> review and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s) (California Health and Safety <br /> Code, Section 113915). <br /> -0 <br /> 4 <br /> I <br />
