Banner Street,Lodi). <br /> Jim Van Buren, Senior Planner; Ron Stupi, QPM; Ceil Dillon, Dillon& Murphy, and <br /> Jose Alva resent for this item. <br /> were p <br /> Mr.Van Buren asked the applicants if they would be submitting a sign plan by Friday 20, <br /> 2002. Mr. Stupi indicated yes. <br /> Mr. Stupi indicated that the only access gate will be coming off of Banner Street, and that <br /> will be the emergency access. <br /> Mr. Karam asked that emergency access gates be excluded from the minimum of sixty <br /> five (65) feet from property line. <br /> Mr. Stupi asked if the landscaping would be included in the truck parking area.
