REVISIONS OF APPROVED ACTIONS APPLICATION <br /> JJ NO. PA-0200114 (RA) OF SPENKER RANCH (C/O NICK <br /> SIKEOTIS). A Revisions of Approved Actions application for an <br /> approved Use Permit to convert an existing small winery into a large <br /> winery by adding 55 wine storage and fermenting tanks in three phases. <br /> The Revisions request is to revise the traffic flow pattern to allow egress <br /> to Davis Road instead of Turner Road. Also, the applicant proposes to <br /> add two signs, nine square feet each, to the Turner Road frontage and flags <br /> at the drive way entrance. Located on the north side of Turner Road at the <br /> northwest comer of Davis Road and Turner Road, west of Lodi (APN: <br /> 013-050-17; 1973 W. Turner Road, Lodi). <br /> Jennifer Jolley, Associate Planner,Nick Sikeotis and Greg Bums, Speaker Ranch were present <br /> for this item. <br /> Ms. Jolley introduced the project. <br /> Mr.Neely indicated that the signs were located within the rights-of-way and that they will need <br /> to be moved to outside of the rights-of-way. Ms. Jolley also stated that all the signs would need <br /> to be on one parcel. <br /> Mr. Sikeotis and the Committee discussed options for signage. Ms. Jolley stated that a merger or <br /> lot line adjustment may be an option. Mr. Sikeotis indicated that he would write a memo <br /> indicating his decision for the signage for Ms. Jolley's Staff Report. <br />
