A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. I 6. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066)that this development has'mbfthe requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon submittal of verification. 7. Applicant shall obtain a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) permit from the State Water Resources Control Board prior to the beginning of any construction. S. A Traffic Study is required due to the potential traffic that will be generated by the proposed development. The Traffic Study shall analyze traffic impact to State Route 12 L and circulation in the area in the absence of Banner Street. In addition, the Traffic Study shall analyze the adequacy of the location of the north entrance's proximity to State Route 12. The Traffic Study shall be completed prior to approval of this application. The developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs as estimated by the Department of Public Works, Public Facilities Division. Any mitigation required by the Traffic Study i shall be required prior to finial occupancy. (The abandonment of a portion of Banner Street is dependent on the results of the traffic study and at the discretion of the County.) i 9. The structural section of Star Street shall be analyzed for the Traffic Index for a Truck Stop. Any required improvements shall be completed prior to occupancy. i
