The <br /> developer shall deposit funds with the County for all costs as estimated by the Department <br /> of Public Works, Public Facilities Division. Any mitigation required by the Traffic Study i <br /> shall be required prior to finial occupancy. (The abandonment of a portion of Banner <br /> Street is dependent on the results of the traffic study and at the discretion of the County.) <br /> i <br /> 9. The structural section of Star Street shall be analyzed for the Traffic Index for a Truck <br /> Stop. Any required improvements shall be completed prior to occupancy. <br /> i <br />
