APN: 055-320-01 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance Admin' <br /> istration <br /> Designated Flood Hazard Area. In addition, the existing San Joaquin County <br /> and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies, which delineates flood risks, <br /> floodplains, and floodway areas, are currently being reevaluated. The <br /> reevaluation is being conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency., <br /> Region IX, Building 105, Presidia of San Francisco, California 94219, p <br /> telephone (415) 923-7186 . The reevaluation may delineate additional flood I <br /> risks . The official flood maps are available for review at the Department <br /> of Public Works, 1830 East Hazelton Avenue, Stockton. These flood maps will <br /> be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> 1 <br /> Thornton Road has an existing right-of-way width of 80+ feet and a planned <br /> right-of-way width of the same. <br /> The site is within County Service Area No. 31 for storm drainage, sanitary <br /> sewer and domestic water. <br /> i <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS : <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for work within road <br /> right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145 .4) <br /> 2 .
