CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
In summary, the soil conditions near the percolation tests appear to be suitable for use
with on-site septic systems. Satisfactory soil percolation rates of less than 4.5 min/in
(Parcel 1), less than 4.7 min/in (Parcel 2), 7.4 min/in (Parcel,p), and less than 4.8 min/in
(Parcel 4) and were observed in the test locations. No n construction is proposed.
With a satisfactory test, the area 100 feet in radius fro"e test location could be used i
to construct a septic system drain field.
The depth of ground water based on recent aquifer levels is approximately 18 to 22 feet.
The ground-water flow direction is to the north at a rate of approximately seven to 14
feet per mile in the vicinity of the Site.
No wells are located on the Site, and no water sample was collected for this
investigation.
We believe the Site suitable for development with the use of standard septic systems
utilizing leach lines, leach lines and sumps, or a filter bed.
LOGE 1223 Page 7
