Insurance Administration Designated <br /> Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Banta Road has an existing right-of-way width 'of 40 feet and a planned right-of-way width <br /> of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1 . Encroachment permit shall be required for any work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1145.4) <br /> 2• Unless already paved, the driveway approaches shall be improved in accordance with <br /> the requirements of San Joaquin County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the <br /> occupancy permit. <br /> (Development Title - <br /> p Section 9 1145.5) <br /> 3. The owner shall execute an Irrevocable Offer and Agreement to Dedicate Road to <br /> result in a thirty (30') foot wide right-of-way from the centerline of Banta Road to the <br /> property line across the parcel's frontage.
