TRACY May 15, 2013 <br /> NOTE: <br /> The Environmental Health Department has received a report dated April 16, 2013; it has been <br /> approved. <br /> The designated remainder is non-buildable for living structures until the Environmental <br /> Health Department receives and approves a Soil Suitability Study showing the <br /> remainder is suitable for septic system usage including a percolation test. <br /> C. The existing private water wells shall be tested for the chemical Dibromochloropropane <br /> (DBCP) and nitrates with the results submitted to the Environmental Health Department <br /> prior to recordation of the Parcel Map. Samples are to be taken and analyzed by a <br /> State-approved laboratory (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.7). <br /> D. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system(s) under permit and inspection <br /> by the Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development based <br /> on the Soil Suitability Study findings (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section <br /> 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> E. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Department is required at the time of development of the <br /> designated remainder (San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1115.3). <br />
