In order to support rezoning and increase <br /> residential density in this area, a wastewater study needs to be performed that can determine that <br /> a package treatment plant can be designed to handle the waste stream generated from the ultimate <br /> number of homes. In addition, the design criteria should be such that will not further degrade <br /> ground water quality than is currently. <br /> In accordance with the San Joaquin County Development Title, Section 9-1105.2 (d), EHD is <br /> requiring that a study be performed to address wastewater concerns in order to support the <br /> proposed Zone Reclassification and General Plan Amendment. <br /> o <br />
