Forward Zone Reclassification No. PA-02-277 to the Board of Supervisors with a <br /> recommendation of intent to approve based on the ability to make the required "Bases for Zone <br /> Reclassification." <br /> Basis for General Plan Amendment(Development Title Section 9-803.4, page 428) <br /> 1. Internal consistency of the General plan is maintained in the adoption of the Amendment. <br /> + This determination can be made because the proposed site meets the development and <br /> locational criteria for the RNL designation contained in Volume I of the General Plan and <br /> because it is within the unincorporated urban community of Tracy. <br /> Bases for Zone Reclassification (Development Title Section 9-892.4 page 432 <br /> 1. The proposed zone district is Consistent with the General Plan, any applicable Master Plan, and any <br /> applicable Specific Plan. <br /> • This determination can be made because, if approved, the proposed R-VI- zone will be <br /> consistent with the proposed RNL General Plan designation. The proposal is also <br /> consistent with the development and locational criteria for the Residential-Very Low <br /> Density designation contained in Volume I of the General Plan. There are no Master Plans <br /> or Specific Pians in the area. <br /> 2.
