Linne Estates, .LLC
7701 Bates Road
Tracy, CA 95304
Phone: 209.835.7284 Fax 209.835.9022
June 25, 2002
7H Technical Services Group TWOPAGES FAXED
Michael D. Hedenland to 530.271.1840
431 Grown Point Circle Suite C
Grass Valley, CA 95945
Dear Michael:
Roger Elissagaray and myself have formed Linne Estates LLC and purchased/optioned
approximately 60 developable acres in an area of approximately 91 developable acres near
the Castello project. Lot sizes in the subject area are intended to be 17,500 S.F. each served
by a waste water system located at the lowest spot in the area. (See plat attached).
I plan to visit your office within the next few days and hereby request you give consideration
to the following for a discussion at that time:
1. Should the soil be tested before committing the location to waste wateryleaching?
2. While the LLC intends to reserve enough land for a 180 home leach field and future
expansion of the waste water plant, the LLC intends to only construct facilities to
accommodate its 60 developable acres or approximately 120 homes.
a. How much land should be reserved for the plant and a 180 home leach field
area?
b. What are the considerations for expanding the system at a future date
including R.W.QC.B.?
Let me know when it is appropriate that we meet.
cerely,
W.
