WJ&e you are only building 120 homes in the fust
phase, it would be prudent on your part to obtain a permit initially for the entire 190
homes. M3 of course would involve soils and plant siting for the both phases. This
concept would solve some problems for you right up front. We have recently permitted a
similar situation up here in Nevada County with a two phase system. (Total Mroyhase
flows of 100,000 gallons per day)
You would be looker at a treatment plant size for the phases as follows:
Phase 41: 120 homes = 42,000 gpd
Phase#2 60 homes = 21,000 gpd
It may well be test effective for you to put the plant is for both phases at the gitga and
add the additional disposal fields at some flaw rate in excess of 40,000 gallous per day.
The Regional Board would prefer the permit be obtained for bath phases at once like we
1 did in Nevada County. At any rate we can discuss these lvhen you come up. (as you
o
indicated).
By the way,I am enclosing a copy of the invoice far my day va ith you at the supervisors
m of-returned to us unpaid. Thank David.
S' fa
r.
