Page 5 <br /> C&B Equipment <br /> Monitoring Well Installation Work Plan <br /> Project No.336.2 <br /> June 15,1995 <br /> 2.5 Groundwater Monitoring <br /> The wells will be placed on a quarterly groundwater monitoring schedule. The first <br /> monitoring event will be performed shortly after this new well is installed. The local <br /> regulatory agency will be notified 48 hours prior to the sampling event. <br /> 3.0 SCHEDULE & REPORTING <br /> Geological Technics Inc. anticipates beginning field work no later than 45 days after <br /> work plan approval and issuance of the monitoring well permit. The information <br /> gathered during this phase of work (monitoring well installation and two quarters of <br /> groundwater sampling) will be presented in a report which will include a summary <br /> of the geology and the results of sample analyses. The project will be supervised by <br /> Dr. Ray Kablanow, a registered professional geologist responsible for the work. <br /> Copies of the report will be forwarded to both the appropriate County and State <br /> regulatory agencies. <br /> i <br /> 4.0 SIGNATURE AND CERTIFICATION <br /> This project will be performed by Geological Technics Inc. in accordance with <br /> accepted geologic and hydrologic standards of the State of California accepted and <br /> in effect at the time of this investigation.
