However we would require the same <br /> conditions on our letter dated December 26, 1990 for SU-91-7 which <br /> are: <br /> a. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 prior to <br /> Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval. A permit <br /> for the percolation tests from the Environmental Health i <br /> Division is required. <br /> b. A sewage disposal area as . indicated by the septic tank <br /> suitability study and/or percolation tests must be shown for <br /> each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. <br /> C. Construct an individual sewage disposal system(s) under a <br /> permit and inspection by the Environmental Health Division at <br /> the time of development. A septic system must be:installed on <br /> each lot within the sewage disposal area upon construction of <br /> the residence. This septic system must meet San Joaquin <br /> County standards for individual disposal systems which include <br /> a septic tank and a double leach field system provided with <br /> alternating distribution box. <br /> d. Submit an improvement plan to the San Joaquin County Planning <br /> Department for approval by the Environmental Health Division <br /> showing sewage and well information as required by the <br /> improvement plan. <br /> e. Connection to an approved public water supply system is <br /> required. No building permits can be issued until the <br /> A Division 4 San Joaquin County 11valih Carc Seniccs �� <br />
