" <br /> Adjustments to improvements shall be made to provide for two-way <br /> traffic and for temporary cul-de-sacs as well as utility system <br /> modifications to conform to County standards where the subdivision <br /> is to be recorded in phases. A temporary ond will be allowed on <br /> Lot 27 of the Tentative Map to serve Phase-I , which consists of <br /> Lots 28 29 30 and 31 of the aipproved Tentative Ma subject to <br /> the following provisions: <br /> " (1) Thetemporary pond is to be maintained by the developer. <br /> " (21 The developer shall enter into an agreement with San Joaquin <br /> County relative to the maintenance of the temporary pond, <br /> " (3 ) Security, acceptable to San Joacruin County, shall be provided <br /> to ensure maintenance of the temporary ond and restoration of <br /> Lot 27 . <br /> " (4) No further development of this subdivision will be allowed <br /> unless all drainage is to the permanent retention pond. " <br /> Please be advised that it is your responsibility to fulfill all <br /> Conditions of Approval and to file a Final Map with the County <br />
