One of the requirements I must <br /> satisfy is a letter from the water supplier stating the following: <br /> * That the water system is installed and paid for OR that <br /> financial arrangements have been made to assure completion. <br /> If financial guarantees have been made, include a brief <br /> description of same and provide evidence thereof. <br /> * Ample water for normal household use and fire protection <br /> (if necessary for the fire priotection source) is available. <br /> * Water will be furnished on demand, without exception, to EACH <br /> AND EVERY LOT, or if there are exceptions, a list of excepted <br /> lots must be included and the reasons for the exception. <br /> * Water is potable. <br /> * State approximate date water system is expected to be <br /> completed. <br /> * That a ^septic system- is an table method f a <br /> oge " <br /> disposal and will be permitted on each and every lot and a <br /> permit would be issued if an application for a permit were <br /> made in compliance with local permit requirements on that <br /> date. <br /> Please send your letter to the undersigned.
