Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A soil suitability study as required by section 10100 of the <br /> San Joaquin County Development Code has been submitted by <br /> applicant and has been accepted by San Joaquin County Public <br /> Health Services, Environmental Health Division. The <br /> Environmental Health Division has no other conditions .to <br /> impose at this application stage; however future development <br /> will have conditions or requirements pertaining to the <br /> provision of water and sewage. <br /> SU-91-7 <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the rules and <br /> regulations of San Joaquin County Ordinance No. 549 prior to <br /> Improvement Plan approval. A percolation test and a sewage <br /> disposal area as determined by the percolation test are <br /> required for Environmental Health Division approval. A permit <br /> for the percolation tests from the Environmental Health <br /> Division is required. <br /> b. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank <br /> suitability study and/or percolation tests must be shown for <br /> each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. <br /> A Division of San Joaquin County Health Cate Services <br />
