You make reference to a soil suitability study that has <br /> been accepted by the 5JC Health Department . Is this <br /> the septic suitability study we just concluded :" If so , <br /> would you cOrvect }Tour staff report to lead, "accepted <br /> and approved" rather than "accepted The same paragraph <br /> ends with requirements pertaining to the provision of <br /> water and sewage for future development . Would you please <br /> be propared to comment on those requirements and conditions . <br /> Your Item #3 indicates an ordinance requirement for a double leach <br /> field system. x am unable to locate that document within my County <br /> ordinance folder and would appreciate your bringing a copy to the <br /> Wednesday meeting . <br /> With reference to Item r4 , please be advised that an improvement <br /> plan for the water system has been submitted and <br /> to the <br /> SJC Public Works Department . Could you be specificproved if additional <br /> information is <br /> needed to comply with this condition . <br /> Four .item 5A refers to the capacitor of the community water system <br /> to serve the development .
