The land slopes gently to the west. <br /> According to San Joaquin County Community Development Department, the address of 6655 <br /> North Beecher Road is zoned AG-40. The AG-40 zone is general agriculture, minunum parcel size <br /> 40 acres. This zoning designation"is established to preserve agricultural lands for the continuation <br /> of commercial agriculture enterprises" (www.co.san-joaquin.ca.us, 2005). <br /> 1.2 Proposed Development <br /> i <br /> Out office was provided with a preliminary map from Monte K. Seibel Land Surveyor, showing the /y) <br /> proposed development.
