Other requirements may also apply. These requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> A. An addendum to the Soil Suitability Study/Nitrate Loading Study (SR0052610) addressing the <br /> increased number of marketing events and number of attendees shall be required. Charges for <br /> additional review time may be assessed at the current EHD hourly rate. <br /> B Submit to the Environmental Health Department revised site plans showing the maximum <br /> number of persons the sewage disposal system is being designed for. In addition, show on <br /> revised plans that the leach field area will be barricaded so it cannot be driven over, parked on, <br /> or used as a storage area. This leach field area must be used for that specific purpose only, <br /> and it cannot contain any underground utility lines (San Joaquin County Development Title, <br /> Section 9-1110.4(c)(5)). <br /> In addition, the revised site plan shall incorporate the 100% designed sewage disposal <br /> replacement area. <br /> C. Submit three (3) sets of food facility plans to the Environmental Health Department for review <br /> and approval prior to issuance of building permit(s). (California Retail Food Code, Article 1, <br /> 114380). A review fee of $375 is required at the time of submittal. <br /> D. Should the number of non-resident individuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, or the <br /> number of service connections exceed four, a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by the Environmental Health Department (San Joaquin County Development <br /> Title, Section 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9.). <br /> The supplier must possess adequate financial, managerial, and technical capability to assure <br /> delivery of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin <br /> County Development Title, Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9 and C.0 R., Title 22, and Health <br /> and Safety Code, Section 116525 through 116570. <br />
