However, the single events are not <br /> combined resulting in a period of rest between events, therefore not causing an overload on the <br /> system. Based on our conversation with Rodney Estrada with San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department (SJCEHD), the existing septic tank capacity is suitable for the <br /> increase in visitors (150 maximum)during an event. <br /> As indicated earlier, it is proposed to expand the existing leach field by adding one (1) 100-foot <br /> leach line with a 2 feet by 20 feet by 10 feet deep sump, similar to the existing system. Per <br /> SJCEHD, the additional leach line is considered a repair and requires a 50 percent replacement <br /> of the existing leach field.
